In the event that the reason for the return of the good is inadequate quality, we undertake to replace the item of inappropriate quality with the goods of the appropriate quality or to refund the money paid for the product. Goods of inappropriate quality are replaced or returned in accordance with the "Rules for Return and Replacement of Goods, approved in 2001". June 29 by Order of the Minister of Economy no. 217. Return of good quality goods is only possible by the Minister of Economy of 2001. When returning goods, the following conditions must be met: the returned item must be in the original orderly package; the product must be undamaged by the Buyer; the product must be of a non-losing appearance (undamaged labels, non-teared protective films, etc.) (this item does not apply in the case of return of defective goods); the returned item must be the same as the item received by the Buyer; it is necessary to provide a document of acquisition when returning the goods.
